Someone shared this super interesting article with me this week about the ways that the women’s fashion industry is scamming us. I’ve heard rumors about many of these things, but it’s interesting to come across them again.

The biggest surprise, to me, is that designers make clothes specifically for their “outlet stores” that are lesser quality than the regular brand. It completely makes sense, but yet it’s very disappointing. I know in the “old days,” outlets used to really be, you know, outlets! Now, you’re getting a completely inferior product for a price that’s probably still a massive markup.
